We offer 1-1 personal training, group training and small group classes. Our dynamic, fun, results-oriented workouts combine resistance training, cardio workouts, core training, functional fitness and flexibility. I have experience with general fitness instruction, athletic training, personal training,sports management, functional fitness and lifestyle management. We are trained to evaluate and assess your body for muscular imbalances and design personalized programs to fit your needs, thus maximizing your results in a safe and effective manner. Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge, motivation, and confidence to attain your goals, change your body, and transform your life.
As part of our personal training program, we like to objectively measure results. All clients have the option to receive:

- Complete fitness assessment
- Metabolic Profile Testingfind out your resting metabolism, sub-maximal heart rate, lactate threshold, and proper aerobic or cardiovascular training zones.
